About the Greater Bridgewater Evangelical Clergy Association... Trinity Covenant Church, through our Pastor, Rev. Thom Bergeron, is one of the founding members of the Greater Bridgewater Evangelical Clergy Association.The Greater Bridgewater Evangelical Clergy Association (GBECA) are clergy from local evangelical churches who have joined together in their common beliefs in the Trinity of the Godhead, the Lordship of Christ, the authority of the Bible, and the lostness of humanity apart from faith in Jesus Christ. GBECA was founded in February 2004.These church leaders have committed to work together for renewal and evangelism in the Town of Bridgewater and its surrounding communities; to maintain the unity of the Holy Spirit through commonly held truths, values and goals; to gather together for prayer, fellowship, and mutual encouragement; to respect, honor and love one another; to listen and learn from each other, especially in times of disagreement; to understand and then be understood; to speak well of each other, without criticism; and to edify in all situations. In accordance with Ephesians 4:3, GBECA recognizes God's will for believers in the Lord Jesus Christ to "endeavor to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace".
